Where to Shop #3: Other stores in Gainesville
So this post will just list some of the other great places to purchase instruments:
Tim and Terry's is right across the street from UF and sells musical instruments upstairs and is a convenience store downstairs. This is a pretty unique place and comes highly recommended but they prices are high. The convenience store sells strings and picks late into the night if you ever find yourself looking to replace a few parts to continue jamming through the night!
Parramore Pianos has two stores in Gainesville: Next to K-Mart and off of Archer by Cloud 9 Spa. They are the local piano experts and can help you with any piano or sheet music need you may have! The employees are super nice and are looking to assist you in every manner possible!
Check these two local stores out and start jamming!

Where to Shop #2: Lipham's Music
Now that Best Buy is in town the local music store, Lipham's Music, has lowered prices due to demand and competition. They have an amazingly friendly staff that loves to help out and assist with any questions you have. They have pianos and guitars that are available to try out and play before purchasing. But if you area drummer this might not be the store for you because they don't have a drum set setup for you to even try some new rudiments on. All in all, Lipham's is a great place to go in and discuss new and old music trends and is a great place for you parents to gather some information on the new instruments you are looking to purchase for your beloved children!

Where to Shop #1: Best Buy
Some of you may be wondering where to go buy new instruments in Gainesville. Up until almost a year ago we really only had one choice and that was Lipham's Music and the ran the market like they had a monopoly and overcharged on everything. But Best Buy opened their music section and it has been nothing short of awesome! The place is setup to let view and PLAY, that's right PLAY, they instruments in the store. The don't just specialize in one type of instrument but pretty much any and everything you could imagine. If you're having a hard time deciding between two different guitars head on over to the Best Buy on Archer and test them out! They even have a wide variety of electronic musical instruments like electric drums, turntables for DJs, and so much more. So don't be surprised if you find me in their checking out the latest inventions in music!

I was going through all my pictures from Recital and I found a video! I'm pretty sure one of the kids took it because I would know not to turn the camera during recording... Haha!
